Unless otherwise agreed
payment terms are by Proforma Invoice prior
to dispatch of order.
50% of the total order cost to be paid to place the order and the remainder 50% to be paid when the goods are dispatched from Lucky Me.
Prices for the US and Europe are landed and include customs and freight charges
Prices quoted for the UK are landed and exclude freight unless the order is over a certain amount.
Once an order has
been confirmed in writing (hard copy, email
or fax) it cannot be cancelled.
The property in and
title to all goods and material supplied still
remains with Lucky Me Ltd until full payment
in respect of the goods has been made.
If customer has a
credit account with us payment must be received
within 30 days from the date of invoice. We
shall be entitled to charge interest at a
rate of 2.5% per month until final settlement
and notwithstanding the terms of any dispute
which may have arisen in the terms of these
conditions.
Returns must be amade
wthin ten days from date of receipt of goods
for any credits to be issued. Returns outside
this period will not be credited unless the
goods prove to be faulty. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
We accept payment in UK Sterling, US Dollars and Euros by BACS transfer or by credit card. We accept company cheques in the UK . Goods will not be sent until all funds are cleared without exception.
Minimum garment order - $1000 or £500
There is a minimum garment requirement of 3 per size, per colour.
