Paying by cheque
Please make your cheque payable to 'Lucky Me' and write your cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and address on the back of the cheque. Orders are sent out once the cheque has cleared.

Packaging
All orders are placed in a plastic Lucky Me
sleeve and wrapped in white tissue paper
and tied with a blue ribbon.

Gift box £4.50 (see under 'Gifts' to the right)
Your gift is placed in a plastic Lucky Me sleeve and wrapped in white tissue paper and tied with a blue ribbon. It is then placed in more tissue in a beautiful Lucky Me box and tied with a white ribbon (see picture to left). A personal message is enclosed on a Lucky Me card. When ordering a gift box please ensure that you type your personalised message in the ADDITIONAL NOTES box so that we may handwrite a card to accompany your gift.

Post and Delivery

• Standard First Class postage at £4.50. Please allow seven days for delivery
• Next day delivery at £10.00. This is sent via Royal Mail and requires a signature upon receipt. Guarantees delivery before midday the following day. This must be ordered by 11.00 am the day before.
• Courier service. We have a courier service available within central London from £15. Please call for a quote.

• Europe: £6.50
• USA and the rest of world: £10 (Please note that customers outside the European Union will be liable for any relevant import duties or local taxes due upon receipt of their items).

Returns
In order to receive a full refund or to exchange an item you must return the goods in perfect condition with the original despatch note within 10 days of receipt. We cannot accept items if they have been worn, damaged or washed. Please send
goods back by registered post as they remain your responsibility until received by us. Postal costs cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Colours and sizing
Please call us if you have any queries about the sizing or colours. As almost all our products are individually made or hand knitted each piece is individual and unique. We have included a colour chart for you on this website available by clicking on the link at the top of this page. Please note that there is some loss of colour accuracy in print production so variations may occur.

Washing care
Please follow the instructions on the care label attached to each garment. Please wash the knitwear and cotton cardigans in cool water and by hand.

Mail Preference Service
Occasionally we may make our list of customers available to carefully screened companies whose products may be of interest to you. Please email sales@luckymeuk.com or call us on 020 7738 8555 if you do not wish your details to be passed on.
